Attorney William Ereth is a lifelong resident of the Central Valley and he has spent his entire legal career representing injured plaintiffs in civil cases.

Mr. Ereth has successfully litigated and settled 1000s of personal injury cases throughout San Joaquin County, Stanislaus County, Sacramento County and throughout the Greater Bay Area. He has litigated numerous personal injury cases to jury trial verdict throughout Northern California.

Mr. Ereth has served as plaintiff's counsel on numerous class action lawsuits in the State of California including the I-5 dust storm accident in 1991 where 14 individuals were killed and 114 plaintiffs were injured. He also served as counsel on the Richmond Toxic Cloud case in 1993 where 2900 plaintiffs were rushed to hospitals when sulfuric acid spewed out of a ruptured railroad car. He also served as counsel in a class action lawsuit brought against Dow Corning Corporation for faulty breast implants.
